Penguin Gift card holder tag

The base of this tag is 4 1/2 X 3 1/4″ The White layer is 4 1/4″ X 3 inches bottom). This allows me to tuck in a gift card. The following SU! punches were used to make the card: word window, 1", 1 3/8" circle, large and small oval, 3 flower.

Simple tag

Supplies used: Nestabilities Large and medium Circle dies, white gel pen, silver embossing powder, stamp is by Penny Black. The striped paper behind the tag is gift wrap, I attached this tag to my dirty stampers gift that I took to the SCS gathering in Woodstock, GA last weekend.
