Birthday Book

No stamping required

I made several of these plexiglass dry erase boards for Christmas 2007 and one the people that recieved one as a gift last year ask me to make her 5 so that she can give them as gifts this year, they are super easy to make and don't require alot of time.

Supplies used: 11x14 piece of plexiglass found at your local home improvement store, 2 sheets of DSP, background is cut to 11x12 and foreground DSP is cut to 9x11 I used my ATG gun to adhere both pieces and the silver foil around the edges is metal duct tape also found at your local home improvement store. On this one I also added a chipboard flower covered in DSP and a SU! button for the center. Easy Peasy all you have to do after it is assembled is add a dry erase marker with some velcro and some magnets on the back so that it can hang on your fridge.

Supplies used: Long rectangles by Nestibilites, Snowmen by Peddlers Pack (this is my favorite winter time stamp), Glitter paper by Doodlebug Designs, DP by The Paper Studio, Copic markers and SU! Watercolor crayons for blue background. Mcgill punch for the snowflakes.

I needed somewhere and something to store my copic markers in and since I'm re-deoing my Stamp studio (pictures to come later). I took 7 cans that had vegatables in them and emptied the contents from the can's washed and dried them throughly and then covered over other one in brown bazzill cs and topped them off with the pink/brown butterfly paper from The Paper Studio and then every other one in just the butterfly paper. I then used my Crop-o-dile and punched holes in both sides of each can and attached a 3/16 eyelet into 2 cans to secure them to each other, after 6 cans were attached to each other to form a circle I then inserted a 7th can in the middle to make it more steady. I attached some decorative eyelets to 2 sides and used a piece of wire to form the handle. (nothing fancy about the handle, I thought about adding beads but then decided to go with the plain and simple look.)

11X14 Dry Erase Board

This Dry Erase Board is made from an 11X14 picture frame. I plan on making a different theme for each month.

All Stamps used are from http://www.allthatscraps.com/ each image was stamped on Georgia Pacific White Cardstock and then colored with Copic markers, cut out and then

glued onto the lime green Bazzill Cardstock on each end I have added a strip of purple cardstock. Using a regular dry erase marker you can write on the glass and it wipes right off when you are ready to add another message. I stapled a small piece of ribbon on the right hand side to hold the marker.

I love this new set from SU! Dreams du Jour, the album is created using SU! clear envelopes, Chocolate Chip, more mustard CS, Papertrey ink blush CS and Georgia Pacific White CS. PP by We Are memory keepers. I made the butterfly so that when folded in half it stands up off the paper. I also added stickles to the butterfly and flowers. Images are colored with Copic markers.

Paisley again

This little box was created last year and I think it is just adorable! The PP and flower is Making Memories, ribbon by offray and the initials are by Bazzill Bling. Scalloped box was purchased at Wal-Mart. I inked to edges of the PP with SU! Regal Rose.

DVD Tin Notebooks

These DVD tins are uber easy to make into a cute little notebook. All papers are by DCWV, stamps are all by Stampin Up!, inks are all Stampin Up!, pink flowers are Prima. also used Robin's nest dew drop's. Ribbon by O'ffray.

Chipboard Letters

My Neices birthday was March 15th she turned 12, so I made all the little girls that attended a chipboard letter picture frame, I cut each letter out by hand and then added mod podge and glitter. On the letter D, I added making memories expoy flowers but on all the rest of the letters I used flower brads and paper flowers from the $1 spot at Target. The bling in the corners is from Michael's $1 spot.

Gift card tin

Stampin Diva's Monthly Stamp club will be making this cute little gift card holder at our October meeting on Friday, October 12th. Be sure to bring your basic tool kit to class that night.

DVD Tins

I made this DVD tin using the Fluffles the Cat from stampdenous, he is so cute! The PP is from American Crafts (Kinsella). The tins are relatively easy to decorate, since you are only covering the front and the back. For the jr legal pad you need to cut about 1 inch off the bottom in order for it to fit inside the tin, I took mine to the local elementary school and used their paper gillitine, since my mother is a county employee, I had access to it for free, but I'm sure any office supply store can cut them for you. On the left side of the tin when it is opened you can create a pocket for receipts or other small items, I still haven't gotten any pens to decorate to match, but they are cute to enclose especially if your giving it as a gift.
