Circle Journal National Friendship day

I recently participated in a Circle Journal with my online friends over at Stampin and Taggin. The theme for the Circle Journals was "Holidays" I choose to go outside of the normal holidays that we celebrate. I choose National Friendship Day-celebrated the first Sunday in August. Here's a little more information on National Friendship Day-It's a tradition of dedicating a day in honor of friends, it began in the United States in 1935. Gradually the festival gained popularity and today Friendship Day is celebrated in a large number of countries including India. On this day people spend time with their friends and express love for them. An exchange of Friendship Day gifts like flowers, cards and wrist bands is a popular tradition of this occasion.

Holiday Circle Journal

I'm participating in a Holiday Circle Journal over at Stampin and Taggin. In case you don't know what a Circle Journal (CJ) is, I'll try to explain a CJ is a "journal" that you create with a theme you create a directions page and then you start the CJ off by creating a page or two in your selected theme and then pass it to the next person until it passes full circle and when it is returned to you, you have a completed book in your theme. This CJ was for Robin's CJ and her theme is Easter. Robin wanted us to create an Easter card and decorate the envelope, she will bind it when the CJ is complete and returned back to her. The top photo is the card and the bottom is the envelope.
