Here is the recipe for Mushrooms with Sausage:
12 Whole Mushrooms
1/2 cup Italian Sausage
Melted butter
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Brown, drain and cool the Italian sausage. Wash and de-stem the mushrooms. Stuff each mushroom with a spoonful or two of the sausage. Drizzle butter and sprinkle cheese. Bake for 8 minutes at 375 degrees or until cheese is melted.
